Transport damage complaints
It is very important that you immediately report any defects in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transportation within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the delivery receipt or ask the courier to wait until the damage to the package also causes damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt.
Complaints about data or the wrong kind of goods

Dear Customers, We would like to inform you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection purchase through our sales website www.milicatrickovic.rs considers distance selling.
The Law on Distance Selling establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered to be a consumer (a natural person who buys a product for the purpose of meeting his individual needs and not for the pursuit of a professional activity), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
In the event of termination of the contract, the consumer is entitled to exchange the product for another but not to a refund. The product can be exchanged for a different size or for another article of the same price after the product is found to be undamaged and correct.
The buyer is obliged to exchange the product without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal form. After the expiry of 14 days from the date of dispatch, the product can no longer be exchanged.
When exchanging the goods, it is obligatory to return in the correct and unused condition and the original undamaged packaging, with the invoice-delivery note that the buyer has previously received with the order.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for defect or damage to the product as a result of improper handling of the product, ie. the buyer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the goods in a way that is not adequate, that is, exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If a defect or damage to the product is found to be the fault of the buyer, the exchange will not be possible and the product will be returned to him/her at his expense.
The cost of exchanging the goods and money is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives the defective or incorrect item.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
